RETURN POLICY

We apologize if your purchase did not work out. Open Era provides a liberal return
policy. Once we have inspected the returned product, we will provide a
transferable Store Credit within 2 business days. The item must meet the
following criteria.

–   Proof of Purchase.

  • All original tags still attached.
  • Packaging is intact.
  • Products are unused.
  • Item was purchased within the last 30 days.

Items that do not qualify for returns are the
following.

  • Items marked and sold as “Sale is Final.”
  • Gifts granted by Open Era that retain a retail
    value.
  • Original shipping charges unless there were
    errors made by Open Era in shipping.
